I have a customer with a ReadyNAS RN424 that has been sitting in an error for a few weeks now. We had a ReadyNAS unit go out on us last week. We finally got the unit in to see if we can recover what is on the HDD. Here are the guides I used after being unable to mount the drive. I can confirm I have exFuse2 and NTFS-Util. I am using Linux Lite. Also I could not get either drives to boot with a usb to sata cable. I haven’t tried using Windows yet.
