Why is the Barclays app for you?
If you only have a business account with us or are a Wealth client (including if you’re in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), you won’t be able to use all the app’s features. Find out more about the app for business and Wealth.
We currently don’t support Android (Go edition) devices for all accounts. If you’re using an Android tablet, you can download the Barclaycard app to see your accounts, even if you don’t have a Barclaycard.

With app ID, we can check that you are who you say you are on the phone and in branch, simply by sending a secure notification to your device. And if we call you, you can use app ID to check that it’s us.

Installing the Barclays app on a new device?
If you have a current account with us, you can transfer your app to a new device without registering again.
You’ll need an activation code – you can get one in the app on your old device, if you still have it.
1. Log in to your app on your old device
2. Select ‘More’ from the bottom of the page
3. Select ‘Manage accounts’ and the ‘Generate activation code’.
If you don’t have your old device, you’ll need to download and register for the app on your new device.
We currently don’t support Android (Go edition) devices. If you’re using an Android tablet, you can download the Barclaycard app to see your accounts, even if you don’t have a Barclaycard.
