Review summary
AI-generated from verified customer reviews.
The Pirelli P Zero tires have generated a diverse range of reviews, with several key points of feedback from customers.
While the Pirelli P Zero tires are praised for their dry handling and quiet ride, there are significant concerns about tread life and performance in wet conditions. Customer experiences with SimpleTire are mixed, with some reporting great service and prices, and others facing problems with incorrect orders and customer service issues. Customers considering these tires should weigh the performance benefits against the potential for a shorter lifespan and purchase difficulties.
Positive highlights
- Excellent dry handling and suitable performance in light wet conditions, with some users stating they provide a comfortable and quiet ride even on a convertible.
- Notable grip improvement when switching from run-flat to regular P Zero tires.
- Fast shipping from SimpleTire, with some customers expressing satisfaction with the deals and customer service they received.
- Repeat purchases from users who are happy with the wear performance on specific vehicles like the 2005 SSR.
Negative highlights
- Significant concern about a strong chemical odor that persists even after cleaning.
- Short tread life reported, with some users getting only 10,000 to 16,000 miles before needing replacements, and one user experiencing bald tires at 9,000 miles along with weather cracking.
- Some instances of poor wet handling, with one user noting loss of control in a high-powered vehicle.
- Complaints about SimpleTire's order fulfillment, with a customer receiving the wrong tires multiple times and experiencing issues with customer service.
- A few customers had specific issues with the tires being out of date or not as good as expected compared to other brands like Nitto.

Needed rear tires for my 981 Boxster, other online tire stores showed 'back ordered' for the Pirelli's I wanted. Simple Tires had them in stock at a much better price, exact match with fronts. I will definitely buy from ST again!

Fantastic tires for the price and the shipping was really fast. Fedex had originally misplaced the order and much to my delight, quickly sent out another set of tires. The original package ended up arriving the next day, but in that time I got to experience Simple Tires fantastic customer service. If you need a tire, simply call simple tire!

I just love the Pirelli tires. They are on my 2005 SSR and the wear performance is doing great. I purchased the front set, I am looking forward to replacing the back tires soon.

Dry asphalt very good, wet not so good, I'm in second gear when I rev it to 6k slips out of control when pavement is wet, tread wears out fast, barely 4500 miles on them, I'm going to need new tires within 10k for rear and probably 15k for front.I drive a 2020 ford mustang ecoboost hpp, 430 HP/ 450 Torque on the crank after tune, probably about 370ish HP / 410 ish torque to the wheels, give or take 12, pirelli p-zero's are crappy tires costing more than $300 per.
