Has anyone tried this magnesium lotion from 8 sheep organics? All the reviews say it actually helps with RLS and helping you fall asleep, but I’m skeptical...hard to tell what’s legit online! And it’s $30 for a 4oz bottle which seems expensive to me, although I’d definitely pay that much if it actually worked!

I am obsessed with it! Im on my third jar. You have to use about 2 teaspoons per use but I really think it works. I have restless leg syndrome and it is the only thing I’ve found that helps me.

I say give it a try. There is nothing worse than that RLS feeling. I slather it on before bed. I use the Lavender one. It could be totally mental but it really helps. As an aside for when you aren’t pregnant the Hylands Restful Legs tablets are amazing for RLS!

It’s made a difference for my leg cramps for sure. I used to wake up with super painful leg cramps every morning, but if I put the 8 sheep’s on the night before they’re a lot better. I still get one every once in awhile, but it’s not as bad. I got the largest size and there’s no way I’ll get through it, because you need so little. I haven’t noticed that it helps me fall asleep, but I slept well before I started using it.

I use it since first trimester and find it helpful I’m not even through half of the jar yet. I will say it’s like coconut oil going on instead of lotion like you would think.

i asked my ob about that because ive been having rls prettttty bad... she told me to just take magnesium pills at night... it helps with that, sleep, leg cramps and also constipation lol... i just took my first pill n im actually pretty sleepy lol

I wasted my money on it... I never noticed a difference, it left my skin feeling greasy/wet, and the lavender smell doesn't last very long.
